Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Sada HQ — the workspace where multi-branch operators manage Google Business Profile, reviews, surveys, and campaigns.

Summary

You must own or be authorized to manage the Google locations you connect. AI outputs are drafts — you approve what gets published. Billing is arranged with the Sada team; there is no in-app checkout.

Overview

By creating a workspace, signing in, or connecting Google or Meta accounts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sada on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Summary

Features depend on your subscription plan and what Sada has enabled for your workspace. We may add, change, or retire features with reasonable notice when practical.

Sada HQ provides software for licensed organizations, including:

  • Google OAuth connection and import of Business Profile locations (branches).
  • Scheduled and manual review sync; inbox filtering; AI reply drafts; publish to Google.
  • Auto-reply rules on eligible plans.
  • Dashboard analytics: ratings, Maps metrics, Keyword Pulse, branch comparison, PDF exports.
  • QR surveys, public visit pages, and customer lists with consent tracking.
  • WhatsApp and SMS campaigns where enabled on your plan.
  • Team permissions by role (dashboard, reviews, branches, surveys, campaigns).
  • Optional modules such as competitor radar, GeoGrid, Google Posts, and AI briefings on higher tiers.

Accounts & access

  • You are responsible for credentials, OTP devices, and who you invite to your workspace.
  • All actions under your account — including API writes to Google — are your responsibility.
  • Business information you sync or edit must be accurate and comply with local laws.
  • You must not share accounts across unrelated organizations or resell access without written agreement.

Google & Meta integrations

  • Sada uses official Google Business Profile and Places APIs. You must comply with Google's terms and API quotas.
  • WhatsApp campaigns require a valid Meta Business connection and approved message templates.
  • You may not use Sada to scrape public data, spam customers, manipulate reviews, or circumvent platform limits.
  • We may throttle or suspend access that threatens API stability or violates upstream policies.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated reply drafts, posts, insights, and audio briefings are recommendations only. Your team must review content before publishing to Google, WhatsApp, or other channels. Sada does not guarantee accuracy, tone, or regulatory compliance of generated text.

Subscriptions

  • Plans are priced by licensed Google Business location count (Basic, Pro, Elite). Enterprise terms are custom.
  • Your workspace is provisioned by the Sada team after sign-in. Renewal is handled through support — there is no in-app payment checkout.
  • Failure to maintain an active subscription may restrict sync, campaigns, or premium features.

Acceptable use

  • No unauthorized access to other workspaces or Sada systems.
  • No reverse engineering, bulk extraction, or resale of platform data.
  • No content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
  • No interference with review integrity or Maps policies.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Sultanate of Oman, Sada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. This includes outages of Google, Meta, or telecom providers. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to Sada in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Termination

  • You may stop using Sada by disconnecting integrations and requesting workspace closure.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. Data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
